Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns only for wrong or defective items. To request a return, please follow these steps within 48 hours of delivery:
- Record an unboxing video of the delivered product.
- Take clear images of the product, the invoice, and the shipping label.
- Email the video and images to contact@conmanx.com for verification.
If approved, we’ll provide further instructions. Items sent back without prior request will not be accepted.

Refunds
We’ll notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, your refund will be initiated, though processing times may vary based on your bank or credit card company.
Refunds will be rejected for:
- Items with missing/broken tags
- Used or worn items
Exchanges
To initiate an exchange, email us at support@conmanx.com within 48 hours of delivery with details and images of the items you wish to exchange.
We’ll arrange a pickup from your address. After a successful quality check, we’ll dispatch the new items.
Exchanges will be rejected for:
- Items with missing/broken tags
- Used or worn items
Expect delivery of exchanged items within 6-7 working days after the quality check.
Exchange Policy Note:
- Exchanges depend on the availability of desired sizes and colors.
- Exchanges can only be for items of equal or greater value. If the new item is pricier, you’ll need to pay the difference.
Cancellations
As all orders are hand-printed on demand, cancellations or edits cannot be made after 12 hours of placement. For requests, contact us at support@conmanx.com
